Shared-project names, categories, notes, and expense or income entries are visible to invited collaborators and are user-generated content. By creating a Suivaya account or using the service, you agree to these rules, the terms below, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Prohibited content and behaviour
- Harassment and hate: no threats, bullying, targeted humiliation, hateful content, or encouragement of violence.
- Illegal or dangerous activity: no unlawful content, exploitation, violence, or instructions that facilitate wrongdoing.
- Fraud and impersonation: do not falsify project records, deceive collaborators, impersonate anyone, or solicit money dishonestly.
- Privacy violations: do not publish passwords, banking credentials, identity documents, or another person's private information without permission.
- Spam and malicious content: no repetitive, irrelevant, promotional, deceptive, or technically harmful content.
- Financial integrity: shared entries must relate to the project. Correct mistakes promptly and never use Suivaya to conceal coercion or abuse.
2. Reporting
Inside Suivaya, members can report a shared entry, category, member, or project. Reports are private, are not shown to collaborators, and are made available to Zaycode for review. For urgent safety concerns, contact safety@zaycode.com. Contact local emergency services first if anyone is in immediate danger.
3. Blocking and leaving safely
Blocking separates the two accounts from their current collaboration. A project owner blocks and removes the reported member; an editor or viewer blocks and leaves the project. Existing financial entries remain in project history so totals are not corrupted. While the block remains, neither account can join a new shared project containing the other. If they already share another project, the blocking account must repeat the action from that project's member list to separate there too. Unblocking later does not automatically restore project access.
4. Moderation and enforcement
Zaycode may review reports, preserve relevant evidence, remove content, restrict collaboration, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with competent authorities when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these rules, or comply with law. We consider context, severity, repetition, and credible evidence. Deliberately false or abusive reporting may itself lead to restrictions.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for content you create and for choosing collaborators you trust. Do not rely on Suivaya as an emergency, banking, accounting, tax, or legal service. Keep independent records when required by law or contract.
6. Contact and appeals
Questions, safety reports outside the App, and good-faith appeals can be sent to safety@zaycode.com. Include only the minimum information needed; never email passwords or complete banking credentials.
